CyberKnife mounts a compact linear accelerator on a six-axis robotic manipulator that delivers radiation from potentially thousands of unique angles with sub-millimeter accuracy. The Synchrony system provides AI-driven real-time motion tracking, automatically adapting beam delivery to patient or tumor movement (e.g., respiration) without interrupting treatment. Synchrony adaptive delivery has also been extended to the Radixact helical therapy platform (SynC). Current-generation CyberKnife S7 launched in June 2020 and remains the company's flagship robotic system.
