Altos Radar
Altos Radar builds 4D imaging radar sensors for driver-assist and fully autonomous vehicles, delivering real-time on-board-computed lidar-like point clouds. Its non-FPGA, multi-chip cascaded architecture (e.g. 16Tx16Rx) targets long-range perception with detection out to ~500-600m for vehicles and ~180m for pedestrians. Products are built on Texas Instruments platforms, where Altos is a TI Preferred Partner. The radar is a perception component supplied into AV/ADAS stacks rather than a standalone robot.
