OMNIA Wheel (Rotacaster Wheel Pty Ltd) designs and manufactures patented multi-directional omni wheels that deliver 360-degree holonomic mobility from a fixed mounting, without swivel casters. The wheels use polymer injection-molded hubs with fully bushed peripheral rollers in polyurethane or Santoprene, produced in sizes from 35mm to 180mm for robotic drive systems, AGVs/AMRs, and conveyor sortation. They are a robot-supply-chain locomotion component: the physical drive element that gives mobile robots omnidirectional movement, and are used in more than 50 countries.
