Oshen
Oshen builds autonomous micro-robot swarms (C-Stars) — wind-powered autonomous surface vehicles designed for long-duration ocean data collection. C-Stars operate for up to 100 days at sea and are deployed in fleets to gather marine environmental and weather data. In September 2025, Oshen's robots became the first uncrewed surface vehicles to collect and transmit data from inside a Category 5 hurricane (Hurricane Humberto). Deployed by NOAA for hurricane forecasting and funded by ARIA for North Atlantic climate early-warning.
