Svaya designs and manufactures software-defined six-axis collaborative robots fully in-house in Hyderabad, launched at IMTEX 2023 as India's first indigenous cobot range with digital-twin and AI capabilities, built-in PLC, and support for EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus and Profinet. Its cobots carry torque sensors in all joints for force-controlled applications and target Cat4/PLd safety per ISO 13849-1 and ISO 10218-1. The company is also developing a bimanual humanoid robot with two 7-DOF force-controllable arms (17 actuators total), integrated stereo vision, and whole-body force control for dexterous industrial manipulation. With DRDO labs R&DE (Pune) and DEBEL (Bengaluru) it co-developed India's first indigenous quadruped robot for unstructured-terrain reconnaissance and a wearable soldier exoskeleton, both dual-use for industry and healthcare.
