Its Aero Hand Open is a five-finger, tendon-driven hand with 7 active DOF across 16 joints, under 400g, fully 3D-printable, ROS2-compatible with a Python SDK and MuJoCo/Isaac Sim support, sold as an open-source kit for ~$314. It is also developing a higher-DOF commercial Aero Hand, a data-collection exoskeleton (Aero UMI), and a robotic-manipulation foundation model. Founders are ex-Tesla Optimus and ex-Waymo/XPeng engineers.
